Payment Methods
There are several Payment methods buyer can use, including local and international Bank transfers (TransferWise/Wise system), Payoneer, 2Checkout PayPal and Credit cards.
I) 2Checkout combined with PayPal – an old players in an online commerce world
By using such both services (2Checkout and PayPal) it is easy to send or receive money online. You can pay through your own PayPal account or as a PayPal guest (no need to register) using Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card.
The only downside of PayPal as a payment option are high fees and conversion rates it apply. So the final price for a buyer could be 5% higher if compare such payment method with direct bank transfer mentioned below!
II) DIRECT BANK TRANSFER. No taxes and no conversion fees will be charged!
You can pay payment directly into our bank account. Fair Pearls accept local transfers made by local currencies in the US, EU and SEPA, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, Poland, Australia, Singapore, Turkey, Hungary (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, NZD, PLN, AUD, SGD, TRY, HUF).
International transfers are accepted by GBP, EUR, and USD. USD are accepted from 47 countries (check the list, please), but EUR and GBR goes without limitations.
Internationally we accept USD from Americas (United States, Canada), Asia (China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates), Oceania (Australia, New Zealand), Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom).
If by a mistake you will send us USD from a country not mentioned already, we’ll return payments to the sender. This can take 3–10 working days.
After payment will be proceed, please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. It could take 1 or 2 working days for local transactions and about 3-5 working days for international payment.
Our direct bank transfer are operated with help our international partner – Wise / formerly TransferWise company (wise.com). It is a way to proceed on our website we are personally prefer. It is safe both for buyer and seller and help to save a lot thanks to no taxes and no conversion fees policy!
III) Payoneer – good for those, who already have an account in their system
The third payment option is close to the first one. Payoneer is an American bank operated online. By using its platform it is possible to transfer money between Payoneer accounts without any charges at all! The downside that there are only 5 accepted currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CNH, JPY). So, if buyer lives in Australia and have AUD only, he still should pay some extra during conversion between currencies and sending them into Payoneer account. The final price will be twice sheaper than PayPal option, but still high enough comparing to Wise option mentioned at the beginning of this article.
